Hi there,

 

Good question.  There is no easy way to change a username once you've created an account on here, so your best bet would be to create a new account with the proper name.

Do you know how to delete a Bose community account? My username is not what it should be as well. So I was wondering if it was possible to delete this account and creat another.

If you would like, you can create a new account with the correct username and a different e-mail address.

 

As well, we can change your username but it may take a few days to process.

Hi Brandon- Can you change it to CSH13

(I left out the question mark so it didn't confuse things as being a part of my username request. . . I write and studied in such a realm in college so I'm a bit **bleep** on grammar, sorry.)
I accidentally put in my email assuming it was asking, as I have been putting in everywhere recently with my new phone and equipment.
