No clue as to where this goes, but I am in search of why my previous account with Bose has gone missing. In searching my emails, I found password reset emails from 2015 and orders with my email address as the contact from 2013.
My biggest clue (aside from emails from Bose) is the old login entry in my password manager, there was an account and now there isn't.

Thank you, I've messaged Bose through FB. And no, it wasn't for the SoundTouch application, it was my general Bose.com account. I've ordered 1, possibly 2 headphones through it and it's no longer there. I've had to recreate it.
