I have reached out to Bose Customer Support via telephone, text, Twitter, and have reached out to Bose Accomodations email for support. I haven't been able to reach an Agent via Chat because they are never any available... There has been no help in telling me the status of the website or if it's an account issue, etc.... Nothing. 😞
