That's it really - been trying to log in through Chrome for weeks, got:
HTTP Status 401 - Authentication Failed: Error validating SAML message
then tried Safari ..... success!
Thank you for posting and contributing to the Bose Community. Sorry to read that you encountered some issues when logging in with chrome.
I use Chrome for the community and haven't ever had this issue. Did you test Chrome with a different device to see if the same issue occurred?
If any other users have had a similar experience please do add to this thread.

Same problem here. Can't login with Chrome on Win 10 PC
URL after login says:
On Firefox no problem...
All cookies history etc etc on Chrome are deleted. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome but without any luck. AdBlockers are not active. In Incognito mode no luck either
