Rejected Payment

A week ago I did order customised quiet comfort 35 II and a few hours ago I received a notification from my bank saying that the payment was rejected, why did that happen?

Also the order hasn't been cancelled, still shows up on my orders.

Payment was made with Revolut.

Best to call support in your region.  There would be no-one here that could look up your account, and there would be privacy issues if they replied.

I bought in the US website and paid in dollars, so I need someone from there to tell me what is happening.

Which is why you have to call them.
