Low volume when in game on Pc. Adjustments have been made from in game and also on setting for the Pc. Updated the firmware and raised the volume on the app. Seems that the volume may sound a bit low. I know that hearing sensitivity is different for all, but I am talking about pure sound. Compared to the Artics 7, they are a bit lower. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Love them and if that’s all I can get is ok. Lol
Hey Durty_Durty,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the Bose Community! Sorry to read that you are having a low audio issue when connected to your PC.
Can you please let me know if you are directly connected to the PC via the 3.5mm cable or if you are using the provided PC desktop controller? We have some great troubleshooting steps here that will resolve this for you.
We look forward to hearing back from you with the result of these steps.
Nothing on this forum has helped.
The QueitComfort QC35ii Gaming heaphones have awful volume on PC. Period.
The bluetooth quality (i.e. on a mobile device) is average bose quality , but once plugged into a computer--either via the provided USB connector or directly with 3.5 cable--the headhphones are utterly underwhelming.
My old QC3s sound infinitely better. What gives?
I have:
Reviewed the forums
Searched online
Update firmware
Restarted Device
Restarted Computer
Tried various connections (USB v. 3.5 as well as different ports)
Confirmed Windows is up to date
Compared QC3s to QC35iis
Altered Windows boosting settings (e.g. bass boost, eq etc. -- tried every variation)
Next step is returning the product
