700

Hi.  Does anyone know if the 700's will work in noise cancelling mode while watching a movie on the airplane's entertainment system?   or do you need a cord?  and will the noise cancelling still work if you use a cord with these 700's

Thanks

The noise cancelling will work as long as they are turned on.  If you run out of battery you should still be able to use them passively (no noise cancelling and no equaliser) with the cable.

Most long distance airlines you will need to plug it in to use the onboard entertainment.  Some shorter distance ones, you will bring your own device and hook into their app, in which case BT should be fine.

Using BT you can adjust the noise cancelling as you want through the app.  If you use the wire I think you can only use the favourites button to skip between your three presets or to enter the conversation mode.
