Thanks for reaching out here. That is interesting. Can you describe the sound to us? Have you also tried clearing the paired device list from your headset and connect to a different device if possible?

Thanks for providing that video, that helps. Just to clarify - did you have a chance to try the troubleshooting steps that @Mohsin_S provided above? I'm wondering if this only happens with your iPhone or with other devices as well.
