BOSE QC35 II - cannot pair to my Windows 10 PC

I know this has probably been asked hundreds of times based on my issues with the headphones but I cannot get my Bose QC35 II to connect to my PC. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, troubleshooting the hardware and devices, resetting the pairing list on my headphones and even attempting to get them to connect with a USB cable.

 

Any other thoughts?

Sounds like you have done some great troubleshooting already. Are you having trouble pairing with other devices as well? Such as a tablet or smartphone?

I haven't encountered any issues connecting to my surface pro tablet or my samsung cell phone. Hopefully this helps!
