I am trying to connect a QC headset to a Lenovo Thinkpad and I keep getting this error

Thanks so much for reaching out and for providing that picture, that's helpful. It looks like your ThinkPad needs some Bluetooth drivers to be installed. You can find that just by going to Lenovo's website and you can download them there.

Can you be more specific about the required drivers? I have downloaded a number of packages and none seem to be doing the trick.

I have the exact same issue. I have download all the bluetooth and other drivers from the Lenovo site but without sucess. I have Thinkpad T460 with Windows 7 64.

I saw in another thread that the QC 35I II was not suported in Windows 7 and earlier. Is that correct or not?

For the record, installing the latest BT drivers and rebooting fixed my issue.
