Bluetooth issues (QC35 II)

Last week I bought the QC35 II headphones and I’m experiencing a pretty common issue with them. The sound quality gets low (sounds like a cheap headset) very often when I walk with my phone (iPhone 7) in my jeans pocket. I’ve experienced stuttering and dropouts as well. The weird thing is that the problem almost dissappears when Im walking inside my apartament- things go wrong when Im outside. I’ve tried different methods to do something about that- updating the software via Windows, clearing the pairing list of the headphones (just like Bose representatives on the forum suggested in other topics like this). What is the official Bose statement in this matter? Is it possible to solve this problem? I think that this kind of issue is unacceptable when you pay over 300$ for headphones.

Hi Dettan,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are having connection issues with your QC35 II Headphones and I appreciate the steps you have already taken.

I would also recommend that you reboot your mobile device as well as testing the headphones on another device to see if this issue persists. If the issue does continue,  I would highly recommend getting in touch with our Customer Service Team via clicking this link. Then kindly scroll and select your region, once this is done please scroll to Contact Us. The team will be on hand and ready to help.

Kind Regards,
