Bluetooth issues (QC35 II)

Last week I bought the QC35 II headphones and I’m experiencing a pretty common issue with them. The sound quality gets low (sounds like a cheap headset) very often when I walk with my phone (iPhone 7) in my jeans pocket. I’ve experienced stuttering and dropouts as well. The weird thing is that the problem almost dissappears when Im walking inside my apartament- things go wrong when Im outside. I’ve tried different methods to do something about that- updating the software via Windows, clearing the pairing list of the headphones (just like Bose representatives on the forum suggested in other topics like this). What is the official Bose statement in this matter? Is it possible to solve this problem? I think that this kind of issue is unacceptable when you pay over 300$ for headphones.
