Bose 35ii skips - limited edition (midnight blue)

I just bought the limited edition midnight blue 35ii headphones yesterday. Was so excited to use them. Immediately I noticed they are skipping when it’s connected to my iPhone or iPad.  It’s doing so whether it’s listening to music or watching a movie. Looks like others have had this issue as well.  With previous issue, I would assume this would be fixed since these are recently manufactured (Aug 2018).  How do I fix this issue?

Thanks for posting. I am sorry to hear about that. The first thing I would recommend is to clear your headsets memory and clear the headset from your devices to get a fresh connection. 

 

To clear devices previously paired with the headset, follow these steps:

  1. Turn the headset on
  2. Slide and hold the power switch to the right to the Bluetooth symbol for 10 seconds or until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared"

The headset will revert to discoverable mode, allowing for the pairing of another Bluetooth device
