Thanks for posting and updating me on this.
I can confirm that your headphones aren't compatible with the Connect App! This will be why you can't connect them to the App.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. So that I can assist you further can you please confirm which headphones you have?
Firstly, I would recommend that you delete and reinstall the app to see if the issue persists, you can also connect to the headphones first via Bluetooth settings then open the connect app.
