Bose Free Soundsport Design Flaw

I like the Bose Free Soundsport headsets. Works great and sound is great.

Unfortunately, there is a fundamental design flaw.  The headset cannot be power cycled without putting in the charging case.  This is all good if the headaet always works correctly.  But it doesn't.  Once in a while it will go into a zombie state and refuse to pair up.  That’s when you need to power cycle the headset.  I do not carry the bulky charging case to my gym and just wasted 30min going back home to reboot the headset.

Anyways, enough said.  

One could easily allow an option to hold down one of the buttons for some number of seconds to power on and off.  Hope Bose fixes this in future.
