Bose NC 700 - Bass balance is higher on right earcup

Hello folks,

I've had the 700 for 3 months and recently I started noticing the bass un-balanced, favoring the right earcup. I am not sure if they have been this way from the start or if it started recently, but once I noticed this, it is a bit unsettling. I've tried removing the pairing completly, re-adding the product on the bose music app and the suggestions on the forum (to remove all BT devices and hold the BT button while plugging in USB-C cable). I can still experience this, especially if I flip the headphones or take them off to compare the sound with another phones.

To other users: Do you experience the same thing ? You can try any bass song or for example "get lucky" from daft punk.

I got the same issue you described and I tried all means to solve this but failed. 

I finally returned it to the Bose authorised shop and exchanged a new one.

Even I am having a similar issue.. I noticed it when I was playing some video on Youtube.

I ignored it for a while but the problem became more noticeable when the volume was > 50%

I have booked for the replacement and hopefully the new one will not have this issue.
