The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.

Thank you to all who have contributed and benefited from interacting in our Community. We look forward to continuing to serve you online.

Bose NC 700 Headphones quality problem in Discord.

I am trying to figure out a way to connect my new Bose NC700 Headset to my windows 10 computer and then use it through the application Discord.I get great quality audio in my ears but others hear me "crackily". If I record myself with the test in discord it sounds slightly "crackily" but I believe the ussue may lie with bluetooth or discord itself. I have been told that the coding Discord uses does not support bluetooth headphones very well... and that also I am limited in the ammount of info that can be transferred through bluetooth, the high quality audio in my ears is restricting my mic out...

I am looking for viable options to fix this. I went into the store and they had  me buy a 3.5mm to 2.5mm cable with a mic which works but the quality of the mic is poor and I just paid all this money for the best of the best and wireless.

There are other bluetooth headsets that work with Discord but I think they work because of their mix amp maybe. Does anyone know of one that would support my headphones?

would love to hear all of your ideas.

Thanks
