Bose QC 35 ii road vibrations causing low frequency noise/pressure

I've had my headphones for about 8 months now and pretty happy with them
except for when travelling on the bus and the bus goes over potholes or texture surfaces
I get low frequency noise/pressure from speakers.

Spoke to another guy who has the same issues..

its almost like vibration dampening becoming sound.

note I'm not leaning on the window so not inducted vibration that way.

Re: Bose QC 35 ii road vibrations causing low frequency noise/pressure

Hi Juksey,

Thanks for posting I am sorry to hear about that. Could we gather a little more information if possible?

  • Could you elaborate a little more into what you are experiencing?
  • Does this issue happen when you are using a cable also?
  • Have you tried ( for troubleshooting)  disabling the ANC when you are in this scenario to see if the issue is related to ANC?

Sorry to ask so many questions. The more information we can gather the easier it would be to come up with an answer.

Regards,
