Today i had a problem with my new computer and my headphone that i didnt had and still dont have on the old one, on the new one i had a lag on the sound, so accordingly to the different propostion i decide to update the software of my headphone (using the bose website), i quit the computer at 22% of loading and when i came back i had a error message saying that my headphone were disconnected, i tought that i may have mooved it when i left but then i realized it was still pluged in and off.
From this point was never able to turn it on again or even charge it no light are working no sound played... Sorry for the bad english it's not my native language.
