About a year and a half ago I bought my QC35's and loved them. Then about 7 months ago the on/off switch on the right headphone started to be challenging to get into pairing mode. Now my switch doesn't work at all, I can't even turn them on to use them. Is this something I can get fixed? And if so, where do I find that information? Also, is this a common fault?
