Bose QC35 II Dell XPS connection issue

I have the Bose QC35 II fully updated as of 03/16/2018.

I have a Dell XPS 15 2015 laptop. 


Arrrggg!!!! The headset connects, but then doesn't show up in the menu as an audio device. I've uninstalled / reinstalled drivers, reset headset connections... nothing.


Any suggestions?
