Bose QC35 damaged

IMG_20181018_150921.jpg

Hi,

Did anyone have an issue with damaged QC35 headphones? Please see the attached photo. I still wonder how this could happen?! I wonder why Bose did not use "stronger" material around ears - specially if you use these headphone when you sweat while doing excercice.

I wonder if I can do anything about this issue or if Bose can explain what has happened to my headphones? I was thinking about buying a new pair of QC, but I do not find the quality of the material very satisfying, and the problem is that I do not find alternatives to these headhphones. Can anyone suggest something regarding this issue?

Thanks,
Emil

Re: Bose QC35 damaged

Hi emilcph,

Thanks for posting. I am so sorry to hear about that. Ear cushions are meant to be replaced periodically. The good news is we offer replacement cushions. Here is a link that you can use to purchase the replacements!
