Due to an issue with the Bluetooth module on my QC35 ii headphones, Bose is kindly replacing the product.
I was wondering - what will Bose send me? A brand new pair of headphones or a factory renewed pair? I presume if it is factory renewed, Bose will have replaced the cushioning over the top of the head & the earpads for hygiene reasons?

All of our replacement products during exchanges are brand new! They may not always come in retail packaging, but they are not factory renewed.
