Hi,
1. I just recieved my new black Bose QC35 and I noticed some strong sound leaking while listening to music at medium volume. Is there a way to fix it or at least reduce it?
2. If I turn off the sound cancellation via the Bose Connect App- Will it increase the battery life?
Thanks in advance.
Solved! Solution.
Yoyr definetly going to get sound leakage with the volume that loud, especially in quiet surroundings.
My girlfriend can here the music playing when they are past half volume, especially when its quiet.

oren760,
Thanks for posting. To answer your question about sound leakage, could you confirm that the ear cushions are secure on your ears? Glasses, earrings and hats may cause the headphone cushion to not form a tight seal around the ear.
As far as the battery life with noise cancellation off, there might be some increase in the “Off” mode but we have no specifics to how much.
Hope that helped,
Tony
Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
I did make sure that the headphones sit well on the ears. Any other solution?

Thanks for responding. Sound leakage should not be happening, especially on a new pair of headphones. Could I ask how to the ear cushions look? Are they misshapen in any way? Here is how they should look
Also, does it occur every time you use them? Do you notice it more often with certain music?
Sorry for all the questions, just trying to figure out where the issue may lie
Please let us know
