I'm trying to connect my QC35s via bluetooth to my iPhone 6S but every time I try to connect it, it tells me "Connection unsuccessful. Make sure your device is turned on and in range."
I've tried clearing my connected devices on my headphones, and restarting my phone, but nothing worked.
It used to work just fine, but now for some reason it just won't connect.

Hey Rionic, thank you for writing in. We definitely want to help you with this. Let's start by removing the Connect app and reinstalling. We also recommend that you give your headset a good system reboot.
