I'm sorry to hear that you are having this connectivity issue with your Sound Sport Free Wireless Headphones.
I would first recommend that you perform a reset on the headphones. You can do this by following these steps:
Place the earbuds into the charging case
Plug the charging case into a wall outlet using a USB charger and wait 5 seconds
Unplug the USB cord from the charging case and wait 1 minute
Remove the earbuds from the case and try again
Secondly, I would check for and install any firmware updates available for the headphones. You can do this via the Bose Connect App or if you are having trouble keeping them connected, I would update them manually by visiting btu.bose.com on your computer.
