We are sorry to hear about this issue you are experiencing with your Soundsport wireless headphones.
We would recommend you remove your Soundspots wireless from the Bluetooth device memory then try connecting again.
In the Bluetooth settings of the device, there is typically a list of previously paired products. Find your Soundsports wireless in this list and remove it. You might see an option to "unpair" or "forget" the product.
After that is done, try connecting it again for testing.
