When I first bought the SoundSport I hated them because of audio issues and no bass. I found a forum that fixed it and they worked great. I recently disconnected them from my iPhone and reconnected them and tried listening to Spotify and I have the oringal problem - no bass. I've unpaired, repaired, turned the EQ off on my iPhone, and uninstalled/reinstalled Spotify. Any other suggestions?

Based off of the fact that you've experienced issues with your headphones before, I'm thinking that they could be experiencing a deeper issue.
