I purchased the Bose SoundSport about 5 months ago. My left earbud stopped working suddenly. It appears to charge but when I press the button it makes a strange sound. The best way I can describe it is like a "game over" sound on an old Atari game. It sounds like the powering down sound but much slower. The right earbud works fine. I'm really disappointed because I'm no longer living in the US and there isn't a Bose store in this country. Is it possible to get this replaced?

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty, that is certainly unusual behavior! Let's see if a firmware update helps. You can do this by connecting your headphones to a PC with the USB charging cable and navigating to btu.bose.com. Follow the instructions there.
