Bose SoundSport not connecting to phone

I have had my Bose SoundSport headphones for a year, along with a Samsung Galaxy A5 phone. During this time they have worked fine, with the headphones automatically connecting to the phone and staying connected for my whole workout. Recently I got a Fitbit charge 3, and since then my headphones have not been connecting properly with my phone. I have to unpair then repair to get them to connect at all, and then within 30 seconds the connection between the headphones and phone will drop. I have updated the firmware on my headphones but this did not help. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this? Is it likely to be connected to the fitbit, or unrelated? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to the community, and sorry for the difficulty you've run into. When trying to use your headphones, is the Fitbit also paired to your phone? At any point do you see both devices in the Bluetooth menu of your phone as connected devices?
