Can you please confirm if these are the SoundSport Free Wireless earbuds?
If this is the case, the red blinking LED's on your headphones and the fast blinking white LED's on the charging case would indicate that there is an error with your headphones. You will need to get in contact with your regions official Bose product support who will be able to talk through with you what options are available for you regarding this issue.
