My headphone slipped and well down.Not it has a small bend on the 3.5mm part of the headphone. And also when I connect it to the phone, it won't work properly. If i hold that part where the headphone connects to the phone in a particluar angle then the headphone seems to be working. What should i do? I purchased it last month, that is on November 2017.
