My bose headphone had stop working for normal calls or messaging apps. When im talking to them they cant hear me at all. The audio is working fine as i can hear them clearly. So any chance for help. Tnx

I'm sorry to hear that your microphone is not working on your QC35 II's.
Have you connected the headphones to an alternative device and tested for the same results?
My first recommendation would be to reset the headphones. This can be done by following these steps:
1. Turn off the headphones and wait 30 seconds
2. Plug the headphones into a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds
3. Unplug the USB cord from the headphones and wait 1 minute
4. Turn on the headphones
Next, please visit btu.bose.com on your computer and ensure that the headphones are running the latest available firmware.
