Mine encountered connection problems just a few days ago for no reason. Your post stopped short after the line 'the symptoms are like this' so I can't read what you have to say.
Any chance your experience is similar to mine (written in my post here: https://community.bose.com/t5/Wireless-Headphones/SoundSport-suddenly-failing-to-connect-to-any-Blue...)?
