If you've tried all the troubleshooting steps recommened by Bose then its likely they need to be serviced. You can either use the Contact Us link on the bottom of this page or take them back to the store you bought them from.
Are you sure you have the SoundSport Wireless or do you have the SoundSport Wireless Free? There are numerous posts on here on how to do some troubleshooting for yourself such as doing a reset, making sure you have the latest firmware, unpairing then repairing. Have you done any of that?

It is Soundsport Wireless Free..I have allready tried latest firmware - reset - unpairing then repairing
