Hello. I have a pair of QuietComfort® 2 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® headphones that I have had since 2003. They are a trusted traveling companion and have logged millions of miles with me. On a recent trip back over the pond, the left headphone arm at the swivel broke. They are always kept in the original case and I still use the original cord for them. Is there anything that can be done?

This is unfortunate to hear however and my best recommendation would be to contact your local Bose Support for further assistance. They will work with you to discuss your service options, even if it might be beyond the warranty period.
