Thanks for posting. I am sorry to hear about that. Let's get that working for you. Could we start with clearing the Bluetooth list from both the phone and the headphones and try to re-pair?

Thanks for the post, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having.
Did you try the above steps?
Can you go into the Bluetooth menu on your phone, select the gear next to your Soundsport Free headset, then make sure that "Call Audio" is enabled?
