Can't connect Quietcomfort 35 II to desktop pc

I have updated my Bose headphones. I downloaded the Blue stacks Bose Connect app, and when I click on it, it says "turning on bluetooth," and an hour later, still says that. I have windows 10, I have my headphones USB connected to my computer, and have the bluetooth switch on the headphones all way to right side. Why is this so complicated, or what am I  doing wrong? Really ready to put these in file 13.

Thanks for reaching out via the Bose Community. Welcome to the site. 


The Bose Connect app is not designed to function with Bluestacks. This isn't a problem, however, as the headphones do not need the app to function.


To pair your headphones to your PC, please use the computer's built Bluetooth dialog to pair.
