I recently bought my NC 700, and I have been impressed with the quality of the Headphones.
Yesterday, I was using the Bose Music app and noticed that it was installing an update which it's excellent.
Nevertheless, later on, the day, I opened the app, and it showed again that was installing an update, I said ok, as it might be a required update between minor versions.
Today I opened the app, and it's once again updating. Also, the firmware version it's still the same 184.108.40.2063.47372cb.
Having that in mind, I opened the Bose Updater, it showed that I had the update 1.1.4, but keeps failing at 1% saying that the Bose Updater isn't working and if I want to relaunch it.
- Restarted the PC
- Restarted the Android (Galaxy Note 9)
- Restarted the NC 700
- Tested with Chrome and Edge
Giving this scenario, do you have a solution or a workaround?
