Connect QC 30 to Mac : Get noise / dead spots when recording in Quick Time

I connected to the MacBook Air and found that the recording has noise or dead spots, which become very annoying if you have to re-take the recording or are talking to someone on Skype. I have no trouble with iPhone or even Nokia 216 (very primitive phone). What should I do to improve it? Local authorities say Bluetooth of Mac is not powerful (? seriously) but the data backs their claim. Very disappointed !

Re: Connect QC 30 to Mac : Get noise / dead spots when recording in Quick Time

Hi ZAHIDIRFAN,

Thanks for reaching out. that is unusual. Could I ask, are you experiencing these dead spots only when recording? Or are you having issues when you listen to music also?

Please come back and update us,

Re: Connect QC 30 to Mac : Get noise / dead spots when recording in Quick Time

Thanks Tony for the response,

I use it for music/ listening to other stuff and it works great. However when I try to record audio or talk to someone over hangout or Skype or any tool.  I get dead spots. If you wish I can record and upload an audio file but not sure how to do it on this forum.

Thanks,

Zahid

@Tony_G : Any update about this issue. I am seriously handicapped since for every call I have to take off the QC30 and use my regular head phones.
