I placed and order January 13th for custom color QC35ii and still have not received them 8 weeks later! I have called and was told that due to popular demand at Christmas it put them behind production. But when I placed my over $400 order nothing was said then about a 8+ week wait! No one can tell me when these will ship or IF they will ship. Has anyone had any luck with who to contact? Has anyone experienced a long delay such as this? So disappointed. I should have just got the Apple wireless earbuds!

I have spoken to Bose reps twice now with the same response. They said due to the high demand they simply could not keep up with the orders and can not give me any idea of when my order may ship. This was not communicated at the time I placed my order. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement as I wanted them for a trip I was taking which as since came and went.
