Hi,
I'm trying to buy a ear cushion replacment kit for my QC35 II Midnight Blue Limited Edition, but I noticed they are not available in blue. Also, due to the 4.5.2 Bose offer to replce my headphones but only with the silver edition (or black when available).
I feel this is a very poor customer support from Bose considering they actually still have the option to fully customize new headphones in Blue, therefore is not a lack of part to fullfil my request.
Somebody had a better experience with the Limited editions or not standard headphones colors?
