Hi. Issue has been since iOS 11, I am testing iOS 12, but still doesn't fix it.
Only workaround is to restart iPhone everytime before using SoundSport Pulse for the heart rate to be registered into Health App.
What's going on Bose?

It's painfully obvious. I have been on it since beta of iOS 11, now I am on beta of iOS 12. Still doesn't work. it's like almost 2 years??
Maybe Bose need to updates its documentation on this. Customer should be made aware of the issue before making decision to purcahse.
