I bought a Bose quiet comfort 35 on February 26, 2020.
Today I wanted to test the headphone using the back-up audio cable and the plug does not fit into the base of the headphone.
The cable came in a plastic bag with the number 771650-0010. Is that the one that corresponds to my headphone or was packaged incorrectly ?
