While trying to connect my new 700 noise cancelling headphones to my iphone with no success, it was suggested that I reboot my headphones. I followed instructions and did that. Now they won't turn on. Nothing happens. Help please

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your NC700 headphones, I'd love to help!
I would recommend plugging the headphones into a Laptop or PC and clicking the LINK HERE and following the on-screen instructions. This should help make sure that your headphones are up to date.
