Headphones won't work anymore.

Okay, I've had these headphones since december 2017, so for a while, they've been perfect, but one day they just stopped working? I take good care of them, so why would they break? No music or sound comes out, well sometimes it does, but it only works on one side and you have to be holding the wire a certain way. Can i fix this or do i have to spend more money on a new pair?
