Holes on QC35 I

Hello,

Can you please tell me what are these 2 group of holes in Bose QC35 I?

Are these speakers? (Audio can be heard by other person when this headphone is weared).

Those holes you describe are for the noise reduction/cancellation. They are microphones used to detect ambient noise in order for the headphones to create the opposite polarity signal therefore "cancelling" the noise. You need to keep in mind no noise cancelling headset will truly cancel all outside noise. Also the Bose are designed to cancel  frequencies in a higher spectrum than the human voice. That is why you can hear someone talking next to you.
