The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.

Thank you to all who have contributed and benefited from interacting in our Community. We look forward to continuing to serve you online.

How do you pair a second device to noise canceling headphones?

I have noise canceling headphones from Bose, and I used to have it paired to my iphone and my laptop. To do that, I remember the manual was no help at all (I can't find that now anyway), and it took about an hour on the phone with a support agent. Now my laptop got replaced, and I want to do it again.

I also have another Bose set of headphones that won't pair to my wife's iPhone 6s. She's about to buy another brand, but I'd like to try getting them to pair for her.

I have no idea what model or anything these are. I don't believe there are any markings. Can anybody help?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community! The first thing I would recommend is to download the Bose connect app on your iPhone. You would be able to use it to help pair your headphones plus it would identify which set you have.

Once you have that information, if you want t come back and let us know we can give you further information.
