Inconsistent connection SoundSport Free Wireless

Every time I use my SoundSport Free Wireless I have the sound cut out on one earbud, then the other. I have the latest firmware update, this is still occurring, and I have spoken with another person I know that has the same issue, so I do not believe it is a singular device occurrence. 

Please advise,

Thanks for posting. I am so sorry to hear about that. Before we start any troubleshooting, could I ask a question to assist?

 

  • Have you tried the headset on more than one mobile device to see if the issue is consistent over multiple devices?

Sorry to ask, it would just aid in figuring out where the fault may lie.
