The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.
Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.
Thank you to all who have contributed and benefited from interacting in our Community. We look forward to continuing to serve you online.
I just bought the 35 headphones and have had an issue with there being interference when I play drums but only when I play drums. The headphones are great otherwise.
Any help would be appreciated!
Well, I can't say that mine don't do that because I haven't had them in that environment. However, I'm a firm believer in not troubleshooting a new product. Return it to where your purchased it. Don't accept a replacement. Ask for a refund and then purchase again as a separate transaction; that will restart the retailer's return policy timer.

Hello Dodonutcm. Congratulations on your new headphones and thanks for reaching out to us. The buzz noises that you are describing related to playing drums are referred to as transients. Active noise cancellation works best with constant noise such as a jet engine, lawnmower, etc. Simply put, the sound of your drum hit is briefer than the processing of the noise cancellation technology, which creates the unintended effect that you are experiencing. These headphones were not designed for use as a hearing-protection device. We hope that help clarify. Always let us know if you have any questions.
